Mike Tyson is a former heavyweight boxer, who became known as the youngest and fastest heavyweight champion of the world. He won his first 19 professional bouts by knockout, 12 in the first round, and later became the only heavyweight to register four consecutive knockouts in title fights. As an amateur, Mike Tyson won a gold medal at the 1981 Junior Olympics. By the end of 1982 he was named The Ring's number-one-rated heavyweight boxer below the age of twenty.
